Sleep, or the lack thereof, is a significant concern for caregivers. For individuals with Alzheimer’s, sleep, or the perception of excessive sleep, can be particularly worrisome. Furthermore, sleep is recognized as one of the 10 healthy habits that individuals can adopt to follow guidelines aimed at reducing their risk of dementia. This lecture will delve into all three of these issues as we examine the relationship between sleep and Alzheimer’s.
