Kauai “Live Poets’ Society” Upcoming Meeting

March 4, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Palm Trees being blown by a stiff wind

ALL POETS AND POETRY LOVERS INVITED!!
The focus of this meeting will, again, be to share a prose poem of choice in progress (poets will receive written critique notes from the group) and explore more about writing prose poems. Nicole Street, a teacher at KCC and an active member of LPS, will be leading the group this month.
Please bring to the March meeting 10-12 copies of your poem to share and writing materials.
The Kauai “Live Poets’ Society” is a gathering of poets and poetry lovers to improve their poetry writing and reading. To enjoy poetry together. The group meets monthly at Lihue Library under the guidance of Kauai poet and author Dawn Kawahara and in partnership with Lihue Library.
Please come and join us.
All programs are subject to change. If you require an auxiliary aid or accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days before the program date.
