When Richard walks into the library to check out almost anything for free, he’s where he belongs.
I am now 79 years old. As a child at around six years old, our mother would take all of us kids (there were five of us) to the library once a week after dinner. When I walked into the library, I was thrilled with the idea that I could check out almost anything from the library for free. We did not have a lot of money, so free was much appreciated. Using the library is a habit that I continue to enjoy. As a proud owner of a library card, I particularly appreciate being able to go online to make requests and receive emails when they are ready for pick up.
