Each year approximately 3,000 bills are introduced at the State Capitol, one or more of those bills may be of interest to you.
If you’re interested in getting involved or learning more about how things work attend one of our free sessions!!
We’ll help you:
• Understand the legislative process, deadlines, and power dynamics at the Capitol
• Learn how to effectively navigate the Legislature’s website to find information important to you
We’ll provide:
• Tips and techniques on effective lobbying, testimony, and communicating with State Senators and Representatives
• Helpful handouts, guides, and resources
• Experienced non-partisan guidance on how you can participate
