There will be no in-person book club meeting in May.
Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver
An Appalachian David Copperfield…Demon Copperhead reimagines Dickens’s story in a modern-day rural America contending with poverty and opioid addiction.
The Waianae Public Library Book Club reads a variety of fiction and nonfiction titles selected yearly by the members. In 2023 we will be adding another book club meeting. We will host 2 book clubs, one on Zoom on the 3rd Wednesday and our in-person meeting on the 4th Wednesday. You are welcome to attend either meeting, or if you love the book, come to both!
Meet: 4TH Wednesdays in-person at the library
Time: 6:00 pm-7:30 pm
If you are interested in joining, please contact Sheryl Lynch at the library 808-697-7868 or email
