The purpose of a vision/dream board is to visualize your big-picture dreams and goals. It represents how you want your life to look now and in the future. Art engagement has been found to alleviate anxiety, depression, and stress. Aside from helping to set goals, creating a vision board will be an opportunity to unwind and take a step away from whatever stressors you’re facing.
Your board should include anything that inspires and motivates you, so think about what that means before you come.
