Musician and early education specialist, Wayne Watkins and his band are known for their fun, educational, and entertaining programs.  Get ready to laugh, dance, and sing along in this high-energy event.

Since 2010, the Uncle Wayne and the Howling Dog Band has been barnstorming Hawaii’s libraries, schools, and festivals, creating a musical ruckus with every show.  Their original songs, a unique blend of island flavored bluegrass, folk, and blues make children and their grownups want to dance and sing along.

This event, appropriate for children and their families, will be held in lieu of our Monday morning storytime.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Friends of the Library Kapolei is our sponsor for this special event.
