Social Security 101

Social security benefits

Jane Burigsay, Hawaiʻi Public Affairs Specialist with the Social Security Administration, will offer a free one-hour presentation will provide information about what Social Security is, eligibility for benefits, retirement status (early, full, and delayed), disadvantages of claiming benefits early, and boosting benefits by delaying retirement until reaching full retirement age.
