Instructors from Kupuna Aikido* will share the ABCs of fall prevention in this informative program.  They will also demonstrate simple exercises to use in the event of a fall in order to:

• protect your head from injury
• prevent or reduce significant injury such as broken hips, pelvis, arms or shoulders

Please note that this is NOT a martial arts class.  While attendees will learn falling techniques to avoid injury, there is no physical audience participation in this program.
