Ring in the New Year with certified instructor Stuart Holloway for a free public demonstration and participation of slow, gentle movements for health. This program is designed for enhanced breathing, relaxation, balance and focus. Mr. Holloway has been teaching Quigong and Taijiquan since 1994. This one hour program is suitable for adults and participation is encouraged. This program is sponsored by Friends of the Kaimuki Public Library.
