Pests and Diseases: Natural Prevention and Organic Control with Micah Barker

Please join us for this free in-depth workshop presented by the Community Seed Library. In this workshop, Micah will discuss ways to holistically manage Hawaiian landscapes to diminish pest and disease issues. He will also provide techniques and strategies for controlling existing infestations.

Micah is a leading provider of sustainable landscape services in West Hawai’i, with over a decade of local experience as a landscape designer and contractor. He currently operates Bio-Scape Hawai’i LLC, earned a Permaculture Design Certificate in  2009 from Living Mandala (Sebastopol, CA.) and in 2010 was certified by The Permaculture Research Institute of America to teach permaculture.
