The Newbery Quiz Bowl is an annual reading competition unique to Hawai’i Island. Students in the 4th-7th grades are eligible to form quiz bowl teams to represent their school or library.

The Page Masters is the Kailua-Kona Public Library’s award-winning team! Team members are expected to read selected Newbery Award-winning books, and have a comprehensive understanding of the books they read.

The Page Masters have just one starting spot and two alternate spots left to fill! If you are interested in joining the Page Masters, attend our first November meeting to learn more. We hope to see you here!
