This summer, celebrate the myriad ways that libraries rock! Join us for a series of events during our 2018 Summer Reading Program!

Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to compete in the Kailua-Kona Public Library’s Musical Olympics! Children will be divided into teams and earn points playing musical games, such as: Limbo, Musical Chairs, and Name That Tune! Teams will be awarded small prizes based on their final team ranking.

This program is limited to the first 20 participants. Paper tickets will be given out in the Children’s Section by Ms. Jen the Children’s Librarian 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the program (2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.). Tickets will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis, and priority will be given to students within the appropriate age-range.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or an adult caregiver.
