In celebration of the 2019 Summer Reading Program!
Storyteller James McCarthy has traveled the country in the tradition of the Modern Troubadours, learning stories and songs along the way. His performances blend vivid characters, audience participation, and musical selections in a way that is uniquely his own. This free 45-minute program is suitable for all ages. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
James McCarthy is a trained actor, storyteller and musician. James is a founding storyteller of the Honolulu Zoo’s popular Moonlight Tours and Snooze in the Zoo which bring to life the stories that are found in the skies.
