Join visiting teaching artists from Hui No’eau Visual Art Center on Maui, for a fun & unique arts experience. During this mixed media project, keiki will learn interesting facts about ‘iwa birds, and create bird silhouettes soaring through the sky. After drawing and cutting some elements, students will experience the process of masking different areas within their compositions. Students will then add color by using printmaking tools & water soluble inks. Come get creative, during this free event!
