Introduction to Mindfulness, the benefits of mediation and a 1-hour guided meditation led by practitioner Summer Kester. Pillows and chairs will be available depending on preference. This class will be held in the Kahuku Cool Lab for an optimal environment.
Please join us as we explore ways to de-stress and live a healthy, balance life. Mediation books will be on display and hot, herbal tea will be offered after the program.
