Celebrate National Craft Month every Tuesday afternoon during March at Kalihi-Palama Public Library from 1:30-2:30 p.m. March 13 features a bathroom roll book.
Let’s make a book from…bathroom tissue rolls. Yes! Toilet paper tubes! We’ll cover the rolls with patterned papers. Then you’ll design pages to insert into the tubes. Will it be toilet humor, bathroom trivia, or…? Finish by assembling with rings and ribbons for a one-of-a-kind handmade book. Program size is limited; please call the library at 832-3466 or stop by the Information Desk to reserve a seat.
Suitable for ages 5 and up; keiki under age 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library 10 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
