On Wednesday, July 31, from 1-3 in the afternoon, students going to grades 2 to 12 are invited to Kalihi-Palama Public Library to decorate a composition book and 2-pocket folder to make going back to school colorful. Printed paper, duct tape, paper tape, stickers, paper flowers, pens,  and paper leaves will be available; you can also make your own back pack tag. Books, folders, tags, and supplies are limited to 12 students. Call 832-3466 to register.
