Children ages 5 and up are invited to a LEGO Building Play Event in the Library’s First Floor Reading Room on July 28, 2018, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.  This event will feature building contests and chances to win LEGO Sets!  The LEGO Enthusiasts Association of Hawaii (LEAHI) will be giving away one free LEGO minifigure to each child! Young children must be accompanied by a parent.

The members of LEAHI will also be displaying original, all-new LEGO creations in the theme of the Hawaii State Public Library System’s Summer Reading Program: “Libraries Rock!”  Their creations, reflecting music, instruments, as well as certain bands and singers, will be on display in the First Floor Reading Room through-out the month of July.
