In partnership with the Hawaii State Public Library System, the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii will provide legal information and a general overview of landlord-tenant law. Landlord and tenants’ rights and obligations will help you understand what is expected of each party to prevent possible conflicts with landlords and other tenants. Knowing what your rights can help protect you, whether you are a tenant or a landlord.
The program will also introduce the Access to Justice (A2J) Online Court and Legal forms available to the public. A Question & Answer session will be available at the end of the program. This one-hour program is suitable for ages 18 and older.
