Kayaking 101: Learn Kayaking Basics

Ever wanted to try kayaking, but just didn’t know where to start? Come and join members of Hui Wa’a Kaukahi, Hawaii’s oldest and largest recreational kayak club, as they teach attendees all they will need to know to kayak successfully and safely in Hawaii, and have fun doing it!

Location: Library Meeting Room (Ground floor)

This program is suitable for adults and older teens.  Space is limited.  Reservations are required to attend this program.  Please call the library at 808-733-8422 or come to the Adult Reference Desk in person to reserve your spot. 

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible.  Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.  All programs are subject to change.  See a schedule of upcoming events at librarieshawaii.org/events.
