In this session of A Journey to A Healthier You, we are going to talk about lunch. We will discover the components of a well-balanced meal and we’ll learn how to put together healthier lunch options. We will also take a look at the traditional plates of people in the Blue Zones. We’ll uncover some of the secrets of the thriving centenarians. As always, we’ll share recipes and food! Come join us!
