In this session of our plant-based eating adventure, we are going to take a closer look at the way you start your day. We are going to discuss whether breakfast is the most important meal of the day and open our minds to possibilities of healthier choices. We will explore Intermittent Fasting, and its benefits and drawbacks. We will also peek at the breakfast plates of some of the healthiest populations on the planet and take home some delicious recipes. As always, we will try some tasty plant-based foods and do a drawing. Come join us for fun, food, and education.
