Award-winning hip hop musician and educator Mr. Kneel, aka Neil McIntyre, will present a lively hip hop family event at Thelma Parker Memorial Public Library in Waimea at 10a.m. on Thursday, December 7. The event is free and open to the public.
The engaging and creative Mr. Kneel is a beatboxer, freestyle rapper, and self-described “professional goofball” who records with his lifelong musical heroes, including Kurtis Blow and 2Mex of the Visionaries. He has performed at more than 500 schools and venues in 43 states and seven provinces abroad. His events have been described as “family hip hop” at its finest.
