Join us in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month from September 18th through October!
Each week we’ll be showing a movie that highlights a piece of Hispanic heritage. This week we’re featuring McFarland, USA, where a California track coach shapes an Hispanic team into state champions in the 1980s. Inspired by actual events.
This film is Rated PG and is proudly supported by Friends of the Libraries, Kona. Free, freshly popped popcorn will be served and beverages in closed containers are permitted.
If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days prior to the program date. We will make every attempt to fulfill all requests for accommodations. All programs are subject to change. For a list of upcoming library events, visit test-library.ehawaii.gov/events
