The average lifespan of Americans is about 80 years. With the advancement of medicine and lifestyle changes, it’s getting longer and longer. A 100-year life is not questionable anymore.
The real question is: how can we live a long, but also a healthy, happy and fulfilling life? Learn practical changes you can make in your life to live a life full of vitality, passion and purpose.
Wear socks, comfortable pants and t-shirt for interactive gentle exercises. Wheelchair, walker, and cane user friendly.
