Erika Closter is excited to share with our community a hands-on practice and discussion exploring healthy eating. We will be using local foods to create a healthy diet, and delicious, easy to prepare snacks. Bring the family, and learn more about ways to make an upgrade in your diet to improve health, immunity, energy, and overall well-being.
Topics discussed will include organic, and probiotic-rich foods as a part of a healthy diet; becoming more informed about foods that help or harm our health; and how to make positive choices about our diet. Erika Closter is a trained chef, graduated from The Natural Gourmet Cookery School and Institute for Food & Health, in NYC. She is also an author of an eBook on superfood nutrition, as well as a cookbook. Erika is passionate about bringing education about food as medicine to families!
