Celebrate 45 Years at Waimanalo Library! Stop by the library and get a cool painting done on your arm by our very talented Auntie Fanny. Choose one of eight different designs: dragon, dinosaur, spider, panda, flower, butterfly, heart, or rainbow.

Participants are asked to wear a face mask during painting application. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided.
