Come dressed in your Halloween costume and enjoy a Halloween storytime.  Trick-or-treat in the library and leave with a balloon creation from Balloon Monsoon.  This program is suitable for ages 3 and up, while supplies last.  Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.  Sponsored by the Friends of Hawaii Kai Library.
