During this 90-minute workshop Swraj will serve as a guide to help participants find peace and inner bliss by letting go of their emotional baggage and connecting to their inherent prem (love), jagruti (awakening with awareness), and vishwas (inner trust).
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on.
