Kupuna Aikido will demonstrate how to reduce your risk of falling and share techniques that can reduce serious injury from falls. Learn how to fall to help:
• protect your head from injury
• prevent or reduce significant injury such as broken hips, pelvis, arms or shoulders
This is NOT a martial arts class. Sorry, no physical audience participation.
