Vern Miyagi, an administrator from the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency (HI-EMA) and Elton Ushio, an administrator from the Kauai Emergency Management Agency (KEMA) will discuss what the state and counties are doing to prepare our state for a possible nuclear threat and what steps are being taken to educate the public and our community.
