Just in time for the holidays! Gift friends and help reduce plastic in the environment! Learn to make wax wraps to keep food fresh using repurposed cotton fabric, bees wax from Kauai and other natural ingredients. All supplies provided; however feel free to bring your own thin, double-washed, non-stretchy cotton fabric. Re-purposed is best. Everyone gets to take home 2 wraps. This free 90-minute program is open to the public and sponsored by the Friends of Kapaa Public Library. We are offering 3 sessions during December 2. Space is limited so please RSVP at the library or call 808-821-4422.
All programs are subject to change. If you require an auxiliary aid or accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days before the program date. For a list of upcoming library events, visit test-library.ehawaii.gov/events.
