Erin Henschel, Esq. and Genevieve Castaneda McKenna of Lehua Law will provide general information on the divorce court process, definitions of legal terms and what they mean, answer general questions regarding divorce, and distribute the initial forms necessary to get the process started. Part 2 will be held a week later on October 23, 2018 from 4:30 to 6:30. In the second divorce clinic, volunteers will assist you in filling out your own divorce papers using the completed documents from Part 1. Bring your library card to use free wi-fi and library computers, or your own laptop, post-it notes, a black or blue ink pen, small change if you need to make copies, and a flash drive to save your documents.
