Wahiawa Community-Led Book Club

July 25, 2024 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Book Club

Join Wahiawa community members for our monthly book club where you can share and discuss what you’re reading. This program usually meets the last Thursday of the month and is run by members of the community. The books discussed are chosen by participants under the guidance of the librarian.

This month’s book pick is Tom Lake by Ann Patchett, but we encourage attendees to discuss any books they have been reading and want to share. All genres and titles are welcome! Book Club picks are geared toward adults; however, patrons 13 and over may also participate.

August Book Pick: Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin
September Book Pick: Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon

Call the library at 808-622-6345 for for more information and to find out the possible future book picks.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
