Keiki of all ages are invited to dress up early for Halloween and enjoy a morning of magic, balloon art, and fun with Cirque Jolie!  This special (not-scary) Halloween program is sponsored by the Maui Friends of the Library.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
