For the next two weeks, ceramic sculptures made by art students at Aiea Intermediate School will be on display in the Young Adult Section at Aiea Library.

“This semester, over 30 Intro to Fine Arts students made the choice to have the public see their art before taking home. My style is teaching the standard skills, terms, and processes to a topic but challenge them to assimilate and adapt their own ideas and meaning to self express and reflect on their works. These are mostly beginners who NEVER had art classes in elementary schools. The pieces range from whimsical characters to deep, personal stories. All are original and finished projects.
