Event Navigation

Mountain View Quilting Class Quilt with volcano, houses, greenery and patterns

Mt.  View Library has a recently unearthed a quilt made by the Mt. View Library Quilting Class in 1979.  It is full of the history and the flora and fauna of Mt. View/Volcano area.  A number of the quilters and/or their families will be present to commemorate the quilt and its history.  Our community continues to have many talented quilters and they will have their quilts on display beginning at 3:30.

If you have a quilt you would like to display please send an email request. We will display as many quilts as possible but space is limited.

If you need an auxillary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days prior to the program date. We will make every attempt to fulfill all requests for accommodations. All programs are subject to change. For a list of upcoming library events, visit test-library.ehawaii.gov/events.
