Build a Wand for your Halloween costume or just for fun! The Library will provide wands and materials to paint and decorate your own personal creation.  Kauai Makerspace volunteers will be on hand to give ideas and advice to help the magic. Recommended for children 10 and up. Space is limited–call the library to register.
