2nd Annual DAGS Recycled Christmas Wreath Contest

Christmas wreath made of recycled materials.

Floppy disks, plastic bottles, and other unexpected items take on festive second lives in the Department of Accounting and General Services’ annual recycled wreath contest.  Entries are on display in the front lobby of the Hawaii State Library.  Vote for your favorite by December 23!
