Music for Life Foundation presents a free ‘ukulele instruction class at Waimanalo Library. Join us for a one-hour class and learn the basics of playing the ‘ukulele from one of Hawaii’s finest instructors. Instruments are provided by the Hawaii State Public Library System.
This event kicks off the Music For Life Foundation’s ‘Uke-lending project in partnership with Waimanalo Library. Upon completion of class, participants will be the first to have the opportunity to borrow ‘ukuleles from the library. Participants must have valid library card to borrow instruments.
This program is suitable for ages 7 and older. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Registration is required. Limited to 12 participants. Sign up at the circulation desk or call the library 808-259-2610. Program is sponsored by the Music for Life Foundation.
