The purpose of the quantitative study was to determine if the factors above and/or certain demographic factors were associated with the perception of the likelihood of reaching 100% renewable energy in North Hawaii (Hawaii Island) by the year 2045. Results of Dr. Esterle’s dissertation research study will be discussed.
Dr. Esterle’s specialization is in health psychology, which is an interdisciplinary field concerned with the application of psychological knowledge and techniques to health, illness, and health care.
