BROWNout: Filipino-American Artists Panel

Join Filipino-American artists for an artists’ panel as a part of the fourth annual BROWNout celebration commemorating Filipino-American History Month.  Their artwork can be viewed in the 2nd-floor display case at Kapolei Public Library during October.

Organized by the Filipino-American National Historical Society, Hawai’i State Chapter, a nonprofit advocacy organization.
