Join musician and early-education specialist, Uncle Wayne Watkins and his Howling Dog Band for a rip-roaring, rollicking, really good time.  Get ready to sing, dance, laugh, move and groove to songs just right for toddlers and preschoolers and their accompanying grown-ups.
