During the month of September, the Ewa Beach Public & School Library will have a photo contest with a twist called “Bookface.”

What to do:

• Replace your face with a book cover, then take a picture.
• E-mail your Bookface photo to ewabeachlibrary@gmail.com by September 30th! Include your age/grade and contact information in your post or e-mail. One ENTRY per person per age group.
• Vote by “liking” your favorite entry on the Friends of Ewa Beach Library’s Facebook page until October 11th! One LIKE per day.

Tips:

• If the face on the book cover is the same size as your face, hold the book close; if smaller than your face, hold the book further away.
• Get friends involved (hold the book, take the picture, or pose with you).

Prizes:

• Kid’s 1st Place: $10 Barnes and Noble Gift Card (up to grade 5)
• Teen 1st Place: $10 Barnes and Noble Gift Card (grades 6 to 12)
• Adult 1st Place: $10 Barnes and Noble Gift Card
