Let’s get a head start on spooky treats for Halloween. Come decorate delicious cupcakes for an evening treat! Will you use orange and black icing? Make a scary face? Use candy corn? The options are limitless! All materials are included and the program is free but, make sure to register in advance. Call the reference desk at 808-453-6566 starting on October 1. Limited to 15 participants.
