Please join the Kahuku Public and School Library in a special one-hour yoga class with La’ie yogi Cherry Goo.
Under the soothing guidance of Cherry Goo participants will be able to follow along and experience the benefits of traditional yoga stretches.
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which originated in ancient India.
The poses help to relieve stress and improve your body’s flexibility and strength. Please bring your own yoga mat or large beach towel.
