Thelma Parker Memorial Public Library of the Hawaii State Public Library System will offer a “Rainy Day Golf” station at the U.S. Army Garrison-Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) Earth Day celebration from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, April 20.  Attendees will enjoy playing on a mini-golf course made from repurposed everyday household items.
