Neil McIntyre is a professional speaker, Hip-Hop emcee, beat boxer, and goofball.  He uses his talents as “Mr. Kneel” to encourage & uplift children of all ages.  Neil creates inspired original Hip-Hop music that assists educators & parents in promoting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
