Are you above the age of 50 and looking for a new, fun way to get some exercise? Come by the Liliha Public Library on June 20th where the Hawaii bicycling League will be having a Trike Test ride & Open House! Purchased through a grant from the City & County of Honolulu, Department of Transportation, recumbent tricycles are known for their unique riding position and are great for bad backs or poor balance. Learn more about HBL’s free Senior Cycling workshops and join in on the fun – try out the trikes for yourself!

This program is suitable for ages 50 years and older.
